If you are a vehicle owner or operator…

Any vehicles towed to our Impound Lot will be secured in our locked area. Impounded vehicles may be claimed and removed only during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday from 8am until 5pm. Impounds will only be released to a registered owner with proof of ownership (title or registration) and a valid driver’s license and after paying all fees for towing, storage, etc. All payments must be made in cash. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards for release of vehicles from our impound yard.

Please note, our impound lot is providing a needed service to Law Enforcement and private property owners. Should your vehicle end up in our lot and you are required to pay to get access to your vehicle, we ask that you not take out your frustration on our team or organization. We are just doing our jobs and providing the services requested of us. We are often asked why it costs so much to get a vehicle out of impound. It is important to understand it cost money to get it in to impound. We had to send out a trained professional to pick up your vehicle. They had to use an expensive vehicle to properly tow your vehicle. It was brought back to a secure, well lit and video monitored lot as we want to make sure it’s well protected while in our possession. All of this comes with a cost. There is also expenses associated with the administration of the contract for services, processing the removal/tow of the vehicle and the release of a vehicle from impound.
